Clinical Supervisor - BCBA Adaptive Skills

Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional analyses.
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, program directors, and the Clinical Director to ensure cohesive, effective treatment.
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed clinical oversight.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and HIPAA requirements.
- Partner with administrative staff on scheduling, resource allocation, and operational needs.
- Stay current with research and best practices through conferences and ongoing training.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies and procedures.
- Support RBTs and BCBA candidates as you grow your own leadership skills.
