The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for the MRSS-DD team. This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating Clinicians and Mental Health Care Professionals (MHCPs) while fostering professional development and a high standard of clinical practice. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical consultation, case oversight, and technical assistance to staff, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to agency, contractual, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates closely with department leadership, community partners, schools, and service agencies to support program goals and participant outcomes. Responsibilities include monitoring program performance, analyzing data and outcomes, managing participant feedback and grievances, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation, and overseeing day-to-day program operations. The Clinical Program Manager supports compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC), contract requirements, and YMCA policies and procedures while helping advance the strategic, operational, and programmatic objectives of the regional behavioral health team. This position also provides operational support to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health programs and serves as a key leader in maintaining high-quality, participant-centered services.
