We’re looking for a Clinical Success & Operations Manager to help build the partner experience layer of Evvy’s commercial organization. You’ll own the ongoing experience for Evvy’s clinic and practitioner partners after they sign — serving as their primary strategic point of contact, internal advocate, and trusted operational partner. Your job is not just to solve problems, but to proactively improve how clinics experience Evvy over time. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely across Commercial, Ops, Marketing, Clinical, and Product to ensure our partners feel supported, informed, and set up for long-term success. As an early member of a growing commercial team, you’ll also help design the systems, workflows, and partner infrastructure that allow Evvy to scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity. Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
