About The Position

Elderwood Staffing Solutions is expanding its internal clinical float pool and seeking a highly organized, responsive Clinical Staffing Specialist. This role coordinates the placement of clinical employees across Elderwood’s skilled nursing and assisted living communities, balancing facility needs, employee availability, clearance requirements, and scheduling commitments.
