Join the Dunn Behavioral Sciences Center as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care. This part-time position (30 hours per week) is responsible for evaluating and interpreting medication orders, dispensing medications, identifying and resolving medication-related issues, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. The pharmacist will also support clinical pharmacy initiatives, oversee pharmacy technicians, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Position Summary: This clinical staff pharmacist evaluates and interprets orders; compounds; and dispenses medications according to written orders/prescriptions issued by an authorized prescriber. Identify, prevent, assess, and resolve medication-related problems to ensure a safe and optimal patient outcome. Promote clinically rational drug therapy and sound pharmaceutical care through criteria based protocols.
