Casual Clinical Consultant, Joint Replacement
About The Position
Stryker is currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team based in Darwin, NT. This is a casual role is primarily during the business days, with occasional on-call, and weekend work to support urgent cases. The role involves providing clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement. You will build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products. Collaboration with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques, and ensuring exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across Darwin are also key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Current driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required

- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
