The specialist will lead training sessions, in-service education, and provide hands-on support in angiography suites and neurointerventional labs. A key aspect of the role is partnering with commercial teams to identify and support opportunities to expand the use of neurovascular therapies. The specialist will provide clinical and technical support during procedures, including time-sensitive stroke interventions, acting as a clinical resource and trusted partner to neurointerventionalists, neurologists, and stroke teams. Building strong working relationships with physicians and hospital staff is crucial for consistent and effective therapy use. The role also involves supporting complex cases, providing escalation support, staying current on neurovascular disease and stroke care, and sharing feedback with Product Development and Medical Affairs. Documentation of case observations and clinical learnings is required per company and regulatory standards. Ultimately, the role supports the overall growth and clinical excellence of the neurovascular business.
