The Clinical Specialist will provide case coverage support to Physicians, Hospital Staff, and other Healthcare Personnel to ensure proper and optimal use of the Uterine Ablation System. This role involves supporting cases in the local area and surrounding areas within a 100-mile radius. The specialist will also work with the Territory Sales Manager to provide case and clinical support during product evaluations for prospective customers. Key responsibilities include staying current on product literature and industry developments, ensuring product issues are addressed for customer satisfaction, reporting customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours, and completing all required reports weekly. The role also requires compliance with healthcare facility vendor credentialing policies and a flexible schedule to cover cases as requested. The number of cases per week varies based on territory needs, which may span St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas in MO, requiring travel.
