About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, caring, dynamic staff to provide services to clients living with developmental disabilities. The Clinical Specialist will assist the Assistant Clinical Director in meeting the clinical goals of programs to which the Behavioral Specialist is assigned. Work directly with the Program Director and Site Manager of the Program to train, coach and assist the Clinical Director in the design, development and review of behavior management strategies, skill building strategies, teaching strategies, program implementation and staff skill development. Act as internal consultant regarding clinical issues.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Special Education, psychology or related field required
  • Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analysis Certification or currently enrolled in a preparatory program toward such certification
  • Strong clinical, time management, writing and organizational skills
  • 3-5 years experience in a clinical setting
  • Must have a fully insured vehicle that will be used in the course of daily work.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have held a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 6 months
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass CORI, Reference, multi-state background and driving checks.
