About The Position

This is a field-based role requiring the professional to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential. The role involves travel outside the territory for broader engagement. The Pelvic Health Operating Unit advances care for patients living with bladder and bowel control conditions through targeted, minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies. These programmable therapies modulate nerve pathways and restore communication between the brain and pelvic floor, aiming to improve confidence, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; OR Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • Driving record will be reviewed and considered.
  • Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory.
  • May require overnight travel.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Represents Medtronic Pelvic Health during surgeries and implants by providing all necessary equipment and products.
  • Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of implant, follow-up support, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Maintains current knowledge about assigned products and services as well as competitive products.
  • Proactively identifies needs and teaches a broader level of caregivers and account employees for new and existing accounts.
  • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to products and therapies through one-on-one sessions, in-service education programs, seminars, and/or outside symposiums.
  • Assists district manager and in-house training department in education/training of new employees in the district.
  • Provides sales support during or following cases such as completing necessary documentation (implant registration, temporary ID cards, packing list) and executing invoices.
  • Places orders with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacement.
  • Maintains open and effective communication with all district personnel, customers, and other Medtronic employees.
  • Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects at the regional and/or national level.
  • Understands all applicable quality policy/system items.
  • Follows all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work.
  • Performs other related activities as assigned.
