Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 7 years in pain management and/or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.
  • Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech or Surgical Tech or similar field.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to territory business strategy by partnering with Territory Managers (TM) and Regional Business Directors (RBD); serves as a trusted backup for TM, ensuring decisions align with strategic goals and identifying growth opportunities through business tools and patient flow analysis.
  • Provides expertise in reimbursement and pre-authorization; supports pricing and contract strategies; ensures compliance with administrative requirements including case management, audits, expenses, and training.
  • Mentors and trains colleagues nationally and regionally, sharing best practices in territory management; builds and sustains strategic relationships with providers, clinicians, facilities, payers, and decision-makers; facilitates company initiatives and regional/national meetings.
  • Recognized national leader in programming techniques and product expertise; serves as a resource for complex cases; educates physicians on BSN products/tools; acts as the primary contact for spinal cord stimulation (SCS) offices; leverages Salesforce proficiency and advanced clinical/selling knowledge to drive specialized projects and processes

Benefits

  • The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $100,000 to $130,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
