The Clinical Social Worker is a Prism Health position embedded within CAP's housing program to serve people living with HIV/AIDS through the Oregon Housing and Behavioral Health Initiative (OHBHI). The role provides individual therapy to housing clients while supplementing this caseload with case management and brief individual therapy services for Prism Health patients, with caseloads shifting between sites based on program needs. This is a Full- Time role working at both our Prism Clinic(s) and our CAP | Davis st office. The schedule for this role is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with some flexibility required for meetings. 2 days at Prism, 2 days at Davis St. and 1 day work from home. Starting pay is $78,873. The Clinical Social Worker’s pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $86,881. This is a union represented position, so the compensation, benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.
