Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Grand Rapids, MI. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LMSW or LMSW-C in Michigan
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
  • Independently licensed clinician in Michigan
