About The Position

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Full Time Days Clinical Social Worker to work at Pathways Southwest Iowa located at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. This Position comes with a $2,500 Hiring Bonus! The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no Weekends or Holidays. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. We reimburse $0.725/mile for travel.

Requirements

Master of Social Work Degree from an accredited school is required.
Licensed as LCSW or LICSW.
Two (2) years of experience working on a multidisciplinary team in a hospital, clinic, nursing home or community based setting.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Carrying a caseload of participants who engage in psychotherapy
Lead psychotherapy and/or coping skills groups for participants
Provide supervision and consultation services to PCMSWs, PLMHPs, BSWs, and practicum students
Provide psychoeducation to participants and families regarding mental health issues
Provide psychoeducation and support to staff members regarding mental health issues, self-care and overall coping skills
Collaborate with clinical staff and contracted psychiatry providers regarding medication management
