Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Kalamazoo, MI. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LMSW or LMSW-C in Michigan
- Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
