About The Position

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient education, enjoys working hands-on in a clinical setting, and is flexible with travel between offices. Travel to all locations is required, with most time spent at our north offices (Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Temple).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Comfortable with patient education and communication
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to travel between locations (required)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and occasionally lean or kneel

Nice To Haves

Dental assisting experience preferred but not required
Experience taking impressions (PVS or digital scanning) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Educate patients on sleep apnea and its impact on overall health
Review and explain treatment options, including oral appliance therapy
Take accurate PVS and/or digital impressions (TRIOS 3Shape or iTero Scanner preferred)
Fit and adjust oral appliances
Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options
Follow up with patients, internal team members, and referring physicians
Support clinical and operational workflow across all locations
