About The Position

As part of Mindfully Behavioral Health, Positive Leaps provides innovative behavioral health services for children and families throughout Southwest Ohio. We're looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead, coach, and develop our talented team of therapists while helping shape the future of one of Ohio's most innovative children's behavioral health programs. This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, quality improvement, and a limited therapy caseload, allowing you to continue practicing while making a broader impact on children, families, and clinicians. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Active Ohio LISW or LPCC independent licensure
  • Minimum 3 years of post-independent licensure clinical experience
  • Experience providing therapy to children and families
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • LISW-S or LPCC-S designation
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Experience training interns or clinicians
  • CARF or quality improvement experience
  • Experience within PHP, IOP, or intensive outpatient behavioral health

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop licensed therapists and clinical interns
  • Support Therapy Services with coaching and performance management
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff development
  • Monitor documentation quality and clinical outcomes
  • Conduct clinical audits and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards, CARF requirements, and payer expectations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome reporting
  • Maintain a reduced therapy caseload
  • Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapy
  • Support families through evidence-based interventions
  • Provide consultation on complex clinical cases
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve clinical workflows
  • Assist with community presentations and professional outreach
  • Promote best practices and evidence-based care
  • Participate in rotating after-hours clinical consultation
