About The Position

Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill-development services to youth, families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. Our Child & Family Treatment Center provides trauma-informed residential care and clinical support to youth ages 6–21. Guided by our core values of Respect, Empowerment, Safety, and Teamwork, our multidisciplinary teams work together to help young people achieve stability, healing, permanency, and successful transitions to less restrictive levels of care. As the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide program-wide clinical leadership, supervision, and direction to the Licensed Milieu Supervisors within the Child & Family Treatment Center. Reporting to the Vice President of Residential, you will help ensure treatment remains youth-centered, trauma-informed, clinically effective, and aligned with agency and regulatory standards. You will also identify gaps in services, develop partnerships with internal and external providers, and help integrate new clinical and supportive services into residential programming. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who is collaborative, solutions-focused, and committed to improving outcomes for youth and families.
