About The Position

Bellefaire JCB is a leading child service agency offering behavioral health, substance abuse, education, and prevention services. Our Clinical Services team provides comprehensive care using evidence-based treatments like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for clients in mental health units, foster care, and independent living programs. We also offer therapeutic services for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues.

Requirements

• Masters’ level students pursuing a degree in SWT, CT, LPC, MFT or LSW.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Enrollment in a related Master’s program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans and reviews, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, consultation, aftercare planning, and termination reports.
• Collaborate with treatment team members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs.
• Assist in the clinical planning of therapeutic groups and individual clients involved in Day Treatment and Group Therapy.
• Assist in crisis intervention, problem resolution, and process discussions with clients.
• Provide other services as necessary to enrich the intern environment.
