About The Position
As a Clinical Services Coordinator at Edgewood, you’ll have the important role of mentoring our caregivers! You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents. Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992. We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Grand Forks is a 144-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Active CNA & CMA license
- Minimum of two years clinical experience
- Prior experience training employees
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
Responsibilities
- Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning
- Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care
- Create a supportive and empowering learning environment
- Document employees’ progress through testing and observation
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
