This is a player-coach role where the position continues clinical practice while owning operational and clinical leadership of one service line (Weight Management, Women's Health, Men's Health, Mental Health, or Urgent Care). The Service Lead is the first line of escalation before clinical management, the daily traffic controller for the service, and the protocol steward for their specialty.
