Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of professional experience in multifaceted online computer applications
3-5 years of professional experience in the medical field

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinating and maintaining schedules for patients, providers, and departments.
Managing patient interactions through face‑to‑face meetings, telephone communication, and electronic correspondence, ensuring a positive and seamless scheduling experience.
Coordinating multiple aspects of patient care by making informed decisions that support patients’ healthcare needs.
Maintaining accurate scheduling and visit information to support patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and completion of required pre‑certifications for treatments and procedures.
