The Orthopaedics teams are focused on developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, and more personalized treatments to improve and expand the possibilities of orthopedics. They help millions of people move each year by providing clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems. The specific business unit mentioned is DePuy Synthes, which offers a comprehensive portfolio of orthopedic solutions, including joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, spinal surgery, and sports medicine. DePuy Synthes Spine is highlighted for its comprehensive spinal care solutions for both simple and complex spine disorders, utilizing traditional and minimally invasive techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or relevant experience OR Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or relevant experience OR Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
  • A valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills.
  • Experienced in data analysis and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Results orientation/sense of urgency – ability to drive to tight timelines.
  • Internal and external customer focus.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a lab/operating room environment.
