About The Position
Our Safety Coordinator acts as the primary drug safety representative and contact for investigational sites, SCRI project teams for Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) and Research Collaboration Trials. This is a fully remote position in the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
Requirements
- Work experience with all Microsoft Office products including Excel, and varying software applications or databases
- 2+ years Data Entry experience in a hospital, medical office, or research environment requiring a high-level of attention to detail preferred
- Experience and ability to appropriately manage and prioritize assigned tasks and adhere to specific deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred, experience may be substituted for education
Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, processing, and electronic filing of IND Safety Reports (INDSRs) in alignment with SCRI policies and Sponsor-designated distribution methods
- Retrieve safety reports from sponsor/CRO portals or direct email and upload into the electronic repository with required metadata
- Support distribution of safety report metadata to investigators for review and acknowledgment via internal systems
- Other duties as assigned
