Mercer University is searching for a Clinical Rotation Supervisor at our clinical campus in Carrollton, GA. This position primarily coordinates the clinical education program for third and fourth-year medical students. It also provides coordination for first and second-year students and supervises clerkship and post-clerkship coordinators to ensure effective service to students and administrative support for clinical faculty. The role involves acting as a liaison between Mercer University School of Medicine (MUSM), other medical schools, hospitals, and physician offices. The position requires travel to hospitals and off-site clinics as an essential part of the job. The Clinical Rotation Supervisor will serve as a facilitator, resource, and contact person for students, faculty, and staff in the 3rd and 4th year programs and in all specific clerkships, including orientation of students, overseeing the proctoring of NBME exams, and overseeing OSCEs. This role requires forging and maintaining strong working relationships with Academic Affairs and applicable university committees by assisting and supporting clerkship staff and faculty across all campuses.
