About The Position
The Cardiac Rehab RN provides professional nursing care to patients in the inpatient and outpatient programs. The Cardiac Rehab RN will perform evaluations and assessments on individuals with heart disease per physician order. The RN will collaborate with other ancillary personnel to provide individualized therapeutic interventions to assist in improving the patient's level of functioning, self-care, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS and ACLS provider cards
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in critical care nursing with ECG monitoring experience and arrhythmia interpretation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year Cardiac Rehab experience preferred
