About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full-time or a Part-Time Registered Nurse, RN, to fill the position of Clinical Associate in our office located in Morristown, NJ. As Clinical Associate you will lead the field staff in client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. The Clinical Associate is also responsible for field staff evaluation and development. Your important work will help ensure that our clients come first and that our BAYADA caregivers have the support they need to be successful. Requirements

• A current New Jersey RN license.
• Strong management and leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare Certified Home Care experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation helpful, not required.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation helpful not required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
