About The Position
The Manager, Clinical RN, maintains overall responsibility for coordinating the total management of the designated PC or Nursing households. This management includes, but is not limited to, health care services, supervising, QAPI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care department and a home environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and possessing a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience required.
- Two years within the long term care, PC setting preferred.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s Degree related to healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
