About The Position

HSHS Medical Staff Services is looking for a Clinical Review Specialist to join their team. This Registered Nurse (RN) will coordinate Medical Staff Professional Practice Evaluations and outcomes. A strong candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hospital experience. This is a hybrid remote position - 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week

Requirements

  • Associate degree in nursing required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • 3 years nursing experience in acute care, critical care or emergency room required.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related medical field is preferred.
  • 2 years Quality/Process Improvement, Peer Review, Clinical informatics or Quality Assurance experience preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Preferred
