As a Clinical Resource RN, you’ll bring your expertise to specialized units including Affective (Mood) Disorders, Asian Psychiatry, Dual Focus, Ketamine Therapy, Psychotic Disorders, Older Adult and Young Programs. In this dynamic role, you’ll perform essential procedures, support patients throughout their care journey, and contribute to initiatives that enhance nursing excellence. You’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in healthcare—driven by a shared commitment to innovation, compassion, and continuous improvement. Now, you have the opportunity to join us. This is a part time Clinical Resource RN night shift position (12 hours/7:30PM - 8:00AM) includes working rotating weekends. Gracie Square Hospital offers a multidisciplinary approach to care for patients with psychiatric disorders who can benefit from inpatient hospitalization. Our diagnostic and treatment programs are provided by skilled behavioral healthcare and management teams for a wide range of psychiatric illnesses and disorders. Our dedicated teams include licensed and certified staff members who create a nurturing, therapeutic environment where patients are encouraged to ask questions and gain a better understanding about their illnesses and treatment. Our goal is to help patients return to their communities to live healthy, productive lives.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
  • Current New York State RN license
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of acute care RN experience in psych nursing
