Rochester Regional Health
$41 - $54Onsite

About The Position

Join our Acute Medical/Telemetry Unit (5400/5500) as a Clinical Resource Nurse, where you'll combine your clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and patient advocacy to support both patients and nursing staff. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys coaching others, promoting evidence-based practice, and driving exceptional patient outcomes. The Acute Medical/Telemetry Unit is comprised of two 26-bed units caring for patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, pulmonary, renal, diabetic, and other acute illnesses. Nurses build strong clinical expertise managing high-acuity patients with telemetry, multiple drips, drains, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and catheters while providing compassionate, patient-centered care alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Our culture is built on teamwork, continuous learning, and "caring like family." As our unit continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to mentor staff, help shape unit culture, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance both the patient and caregiver experience. If you're an experienced RN looking to expand your impact beyond direct patient care while helping develop the next generation of nurses, we'd love to have you join our team.
