About The Position
Coordinates all procedures for the Infusion Center department. The individual serves as a resource to the scheduling department, PASU, Patient Access, staff, and referring physician offices for questions regarding unit services. This role also involves educating patients, the community, and referral sources about the unit's services.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service industry Required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Epic experience Preferred
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Preferred
