About The Position
Baptist Health is hiring a GYN/Uro Clinical Resource Coordinator to join the Main OR team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time opportunity with 4 10 hour shifts/week, 6am-4:30pm. Requirements
- 3-5 Years of Perioperative Nursing Experience Required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Associate of Science, Nursing
Responsibilities
- Responsible for specific specialty for coordination, preparation of assigned rooms/cases, assessment of patients, anticipation of needs of the case
- Facilitates any special needs of the surgeon, meets with vendors and keeps preference sheets current
- Is the specialist for a given service
- Is able to perform any role in the service - scrub, assist or circulate
- Facilitates timely turnovers and 1st case starts
