CLINICAL RESEARCH TECHNICIAN
About The Position
Spaulding Clinical Research is seeking motivated healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Operations team as Clinical Research Technicians. In this role, you'll support Phase I clinical trials while working alongside experienced nurses, physicians, and clinical research professionals. Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification; or Currently working as a phlebotomist with a minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection according to study protocols.
- Record participant vital signs, height, weight, and BMI.
- Place ECG leads and electrodes.
- Monitor study participants throughout clinical procedures.
- Assist with medication dose verification procedures.
- Collect urine specimens and perform drug screenings.
- Ensure study procedures are completed in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
- Provide a safe, professional, and compassionate experience for study participants.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials.
