About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at their St. Petersburg site. This role oversees study execution, staff performance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to drive high-quality research outcomes. The IMA Group's Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities. The company also has Government Services and Payer Services Divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of clinical research experience
• Prior leadership or team management experience required

Nice To Haves

• advanced clinical degree (RN, NP, PA, or Master’s) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Partner with Clinical Operations on study planning, feasibility, and budgets
• Oversee patient recruitment, enrollment, and visit coordination
• Lead, train, and support clinical research staff
• Maintain regulatory standards, SOP adherence, and quality control
• Monitor site performance and conduct staff evaluations
