About The Position

Conducts implementation science research across all research phases including grant writing, stakeholder engagement, design, execution, analysis, and dissemination. Insures the quality and integrity of data and safe and proper management of study parameters. Provides scientific expertise in an ongoing capacity. May supervise clinical research associates. Oversees, creates and maintains regulatory documents; organize protocol implementation and site initiation visits and conduct routine monitoring of studies. Ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional/departmental guidelines and standards of Good Clinical Practice. Collaborates with Principal Investigator, taking direct responsibility for carrying out research/ development activities. Makes detailed observations, analyzes and interprets data, and helps write manuscripts.

Requirements

Advanced degree in scientific related field (Master's, PhD, MD).
Minimum of four (4) years of related research experience.
Pediatric research experience.

Nice To Haves

PhD in implementation science, health services research, or equivalent.
