About The Position

The IMA Group’s Clinical Research Division is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant in Manhattan, NY to support Phase II–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. The role offers weekday-only work, time to spend with each patient, and training for candidates without prior research experience. The annual salary range is $120,000–$140,000.

The Physician Assistant evaluates potential participants, determines trial eligibility, performs physical exams and study-related assessments, and ensures compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and standard operating procedures. The role also involves collaboration with sponsors, study monitors, and medical monitors; sponsor training and investigator meetings as needed; and timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active New York State Physician Assistant license.
• At least 2 years of clinical and/or research experience.
• Strong clinical skills and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical research experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
