About The Position

DelRicht Research is seeking an onsite, patient-facing Clinical Research Nurse to support our Springfield, MO clinic. This position is ideal for someone who is excited to build a career in clinical research while working closely with patients, physicians, and study teams in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to important clinical trials, while helping patients access new treatment options. Requirements

  • Over 1 year of professional nursing experience
  • B.S or B.A from any accredited university
  • Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous coursework or professional experience in biology, chemistry, or pre-medicine.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies.
  • Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic.
  • Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering 100% to all clinical trial protocols.
  • Recruit patients and facilitate enrollment into clinical trials.
  • Ensure patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits, following up as needed to promote accurate data and protocol compliance.
  • Enter data timely and accurately into multiple online systems for all clinical visits.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
  • Provide excellent customer service to onsite Sponsors and Clients and maintain clear, constant communication with them when offsite.
  • Maintain physician trust by being a knowledgeable resource, ensuring physicians are informed of their schedule and updated on current clinical trial patients and protocols.
