About The Position

The IMA Group’s Clinical Research Division is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work as a Sub-Investigator at its Manhattan, New York site. This full-time role supports Phase II–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. The position is weekdays only, with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Research experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. The Manhattan site is accessible by subway.

Requirements

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• At least 2 years of clinical and/or research experience.
• Strong clinical skills and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical research experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential participants and determine trial eligibility.
• Perform physical exams and study-related assessments.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors.
• Complete sponsor training and attend investigator meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
