About The Position

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation focused on bringing new medicines and treatments to patients faster. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will support clinical research operations and contribute to the quality and efficiency of clinical trials. The role involves working with interdisciplinary teams, conducting trial activities, administering investigational drugs, monitoring patients, managing trial data, and providing patient education and support. The position is onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Registered Nurse with a current license and clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical trial protocols.
• Conduct and coordinate clinical trial activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Administer investigational drugs and monitor patient reactions during clinical trials.
• Collect and manage clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide patient education and support, fostering a positive and collaborative research environment.
