About The Position

DelRicht Research is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! This role is projected to be temporary full time, and is slated to last 3-6 months in length with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Medical Assistant Certification, LPN, or RN certification with the ability to give intramuscular injections
• Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
• Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
• Commitment to client satisfaction and helping clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Belief in high quality and adherence to a high standard of compliance to study protocols
• Remarkably organized
• Skilled at problem solving, planning and being proactive
• Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success

Nice To Haves

• Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
• Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
• Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
• Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to all clinical trial protocols 100% of the time
• Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
• Ensuring patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
• Timely and accurate data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems
• Providing excellent customer service to Sponsors and Clients when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite
