About The Position

Provides services supporting the day-to-day operating objectives of an acute care hospital, medical group/foundation, and ambulatory care environment within an integrated, not-for-profit health care system. Participates in projects and programs suited to the assigned area, including planning and implementing projects and initiatives, conducting research, and reporting findings with recommendations or proposals for action.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
• Have an aptitude for data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
• Have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate the ability to build effective working relationships and strong interpersonal skills.
• Have verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to learn quickly and produce high-quality work in short periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and implementing projects and initiatives.
