About The Position

This position will serve as a Clinical Research Data Coordinator within the Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, Ryan White Program. The Clinical Research Data Coordinator is responsible for research data management for a variety of complex clinical research protocols, including leading efforts in compiling, verifying, managing, and reporting data. The Clinical Research Data Coordinator also conducts various quality assurance and quality control efforts to ensure the accuracy of research data. The Clinical Research Data Coordinator is expected to use considerable judgement and research skills to carry out data-based research tasks. Type of data in this position includes clinical data from but not limited to EPIC , CAREWare, Excel tracking data sheets and REDCAP . The Clinical Research Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and streamlining data workflows, including utilizing Data Transfer Module ( DTM ) processes to accurately transfer data from EMR to other databases. This role also involves developing dashboards and creating clear, impactful data visualizations to support reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Considerable judgment and research skills to carry out data-based research tasks
• Experience with clinical data from EPIC, CAREWare, Excel tracking data sheets, and REDCAP
• Familiarity with Data Transfer Module (DTM) processes
• Ability to develop dashboards and create data visualizations
