About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator specializing in CNS & Behavioral Health to join their team in Chicago, IL. This full-time position offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 plus a sign-on bonus. The role involves guiding participants through clinical studies, gaining hands-on experience in Phase II–IV trials. The coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day trial operations, ensuring studies remain on protocol and on schedule. This includes coordinating schedules, procedures, assessments, and follow-up visits, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, acting as a liaison between participants, investigators, sponsors, and CROs, maintaining audit-ready source documents and case report forms, supporting monitoring visits and regulatory reviews, and assisting with safety reporting and participant retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years coordinating clinical research studies
• Phlebotomy proficiency
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong multitasking across active studies

Nice To Haves

• CNS, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health research experience
• CCRC certification

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day trial operations, keeping studies on protocol and on track
