As an important member of the IBD research team, the Clinical Research Coordinator (Intermediate or Senior) supports the implementation and coordination of clinical research programs conducted by Dr. Mark Gerich and colleagues at the University of Colorado. This position will serve as the primary coordinator for the Qorus program and provide ongoing coordination and backup coverage for the IBD Biobank. The position independently manages participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, study follow-up, data collection, and research documentation while ensuring compliance with study protocols, institutional policies, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. The Clinical Research Coordinator (Intermediate or Senior) works closely with research participants, investigators, gastroenterology providers, clinic staff, procedural teams, laboratory personnel, and other research partners. The position is accountable for meeting program-specific goals and timelines, maintaining accurate data and specimen records, and providing professional and responsive communication to participants and members of the research team.
