Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
• Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
• Commitment to client satisfaction and helping clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Belief in high quality and a high standard of compliance to study protocols
• Remarkably organized
• Skilled at problem solving, planning, and being proactive
• Ability to accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success

Nice To Haves

• B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university
• Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
• Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
• Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
• Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, ensuring all clinical trial protocols are adhered to 100% of the time
• Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
• Ensuring patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
• Timely and accurate data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems
• Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
• Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite
• Maintaining Physician Trust by being a knowledgeable resource, ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols
