About The Position

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support clinical research studies under the supervision of a principal investigator. The role involves hands-on clinical procedures, community outreach, and maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. The position is on-site in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, and is scheduled for 24 hours per week. The coordinator conducts study-related procedures, supports study preparation and logistics, recruits and orients participants, collects and records clinical data, and works with investigators and monitors to maintain data quality. The coordinator also advocates for patients and helps maintain a safe environment consistent with health and safety policies.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in clinical research.
Working knowledge of clinical trials, GCP principles, and medical terminology.
Strong attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships.
Proficiency with EDC systems, accurate data entry, and query management.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Perform clinical procedures, including ECGs, sample collection, and vital signs.
Coordinate clinical research studies and maintain compliance with protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Prepare study materials, set up equipment, and plan logistical activities to support study conduct.
Recruit, screen, and orient patients while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the study.
Collect and accurately record clinical data in case report forms (CRFs).
Collaborate with investigators and monitors, address queries, and ensure data quality.
Act as a patient advocate and maintain a safe environment in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
