About The Position

Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment.
- Active Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license that permits administration of intramuscular injections in Tennessee.
Nice To Haves
- B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university.
- Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position.
- Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role.
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for patients in clinical research studies.
- Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in the clinic.
- Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols.
- Execute patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through.
- Ensure patients understand the clinical trial process and attend and complete required visits.
- Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately.
- Enter clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms.
- Serve as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
- Ensure sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at the clinic and assure clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite.
- Provide physicians with timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team.
