The EPIC Brain Lab, led by PI Susan Whitfield-Gabrieli, focuses on understanding the brain basis of psychiatric disorders and translating this knowledge into clinical practice. The lab utilizes multimodal neuroimaging techniques to investigate the pathophysiology of psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, autism, and ADHD. Key areas of focus include early detection, precision psychiatry, innovative treatments, and causal mechanisms. The Clinical Research Coordinator II, under the oversight of the Lab PI, provides integrated clinical research coordination and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of research projects, programs, events, and communications.
