The Clinical Research Coordinator II will support research and communications activities within RecoveryWorks. Working closely with the Principal Investigator and program team, the coordinator will play a central role in a longitudinal study evaluating RecoveryWorks while also supporting the program’s communications and outreach efforts. Research responsibilities will include participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and longitudinal follow-up; regulatory coordination with the Institutional Review Board (IRB); study data management and quality assurance; and support for project administration and finances. Communications responsibilities will include maintaining the RecoveryWorks website, developing and scheduling social media content, and supporting dissemination of program activities and research findings to a broad audience. The coordinator will join an established multidisciplinary team of faculty and research staff at Massachusetts General Hospital and will receive training and ongoing mentorship across all aspects of the role. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable balancing research coordination with digital communications responsibilities. Funding for this position is currently secured through the first one to two years, with continuation funding anticipated but not guaranteed.
